Network Engineer Calls It Quits?  Starts Online Business From Home.

Thanks for stopping by my Blog.  First things first, let me introduce myself, my name is Eric Johnson and I am an Online Business Developer.  I love showing people how they can make a great living by being their own boss and using the internet, but a little more on that later.  Back to me

I grew up in the suburbs outside of Richmond, Va but spent my weekends and summers in the country with my grandparents and cousins, so I am a country boy at heart, I’m talking fishing, dirt bikes, broken bones all that stuff.  Now I live outside of Washington, D.C.  I graduated from George Mason University with a BS in Management Information Systems, and for the last 10 years I have held jobs in the Network Engineering field but then something happened.

I finally started listening to that little voice in the back of my head.  You know the one… that one that is constantly telling you, this is not where you want to be,  why are you working here when you know you hate what you’re doing? There has got to be something better.  You never wanted to be an employee… Why haven’t you started your own business???

That voice had been there ever since the excitement of getting my first job at McDonalds wore off after about 3 days back in 1993.  My problem was school never taught me how to start a business and most of my friends and family were from the “Get a good education, then get a good job” mentality.  Don’t get me wrong there is nothing wrong with that mentality but it was just not for me.

Even while I was in College I knew I wanted my own business.  So thats when I started doing my own research.  I bought every start your own business book I could find, read Napoleon Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich”,  Robert Kiyosaki’s “Rich Dad Poor Dad”  all that stuff.  The problem was I had no products, and I had no service to offer.  And that’s when I was introduced to Multi-Level Marketing or MLM and Network Marketing.

Back when I was in college my family and friends probably hated to get calls from me because every other month I was calling with  “Buy this pill” or “Buy this long distance service” or “you really should have some legal representation, check out this service”  I tried them all!.  And Failed.

So after years of failure I finally found what that problem was.  It wasn’t the product and it wasn’t me.  It was the way I was taught to market..bugging friends and family is not the way to achieve success.

So the focus of this blog will be to be an authoritative resource for internet marketing as well as teaching people creating multiple streams of income via internet marketing.

But it wont be All Business I love to have fun and be goofy as well!
